This Privacy Policy explains how Premium Soft Ventures ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact us, create an account, purchase subscriptions, or use the Dentalogic service.
If you are a Customer using Dentalogic to process patient or clinic data, please also read our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which governs our processing of Customer Data on your behalf.

For most website and account administration data described in this policy, we act as the "Controller" under the GDPR.
2. Scope
This policy covers:
- Website visitors and marketing leads
- Prospective customers and inquiries
- Account owners and Authorized Users
- Billing and subscription administration
This policy does NOT describe in detail the Customer Data you upload into the Service (e.g., patient records). For such processing, we generally act as a Processor and the Customer acts as Controller; see our DPA.

- Account Registration Data: Full Name, Email Address, Clinic Name, Employees Count (to determine service scale), Phone Number (for access and support), and Country/Region.
- Support requests and communications
- Billing contact information
B) Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited payment-related information (such as payment status, card brand, last 4 digits, billing country, and transaction identifiers). We do not store full card numbers.
C) Usage and device information
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers
- Log data and approximate location derived from IP
- Pages viewed, clicks, and interaction events (depending on your cookie choices)

4. How we use personal data (purposes)
We use personal data to:

- Process subscriptions and manage billing
