REFUND POLICY
Dentalogic (Subscription SaaS)

This Refund Policy explains when Premium Soft Ventures ("we", "us") provides refunds for the Dentalogic subscription (the "Service").
1. General rule
Because the Service is a digital subscription service provided immediately after purchase/activation, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Monthly subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
- We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in the current monthly billing period, unless required by law.
3. Annual subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
- Annual subscription fees are not refundable after activation, unless required by law.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us at ireland.psv@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. If we verify a billing error, we will issue an appropriate correction or refund.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from certain purchases.
For digital services, this right can be lost once performance begins, if you:
- request immediate performance; and
- acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins.
IMPORTANT IMPLEMENTATION NOTE (for compliance):
If you sell to consumers, your checkout flow should include an explicit checkbox (not pre-ticked) confirming immediate performance and acknowledgment of withdrawal-right loss where applicable.
6. How to request a refund
Email ireland.psv@gmail.com with:
- the email address on the account
- the invoice/receipt (if available)
- the reason for the request
We typically respond within a reasonable timeframe.
